Having started her physio career in rheumatology, Cynthia maintains a strong interest in helping people with arthritis, the most common types being Osteoarthritis, Rheumatiod Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS).

As chartered Physiotherapists, we understand and will teach you the role of exercise in managing your condition in its different phases, we will teach you exercises which will improve your strength, mobility and conditioning, and therefore enhance quality of life and overall wellbeing.
